SPSC realises that mental health is an important issue and no one wants to talk about it. We hope to get the conversation going with a charity paddle weekend.

How does it work?

-Donate $20 per person to join in the weekend (click GET TICKTS on this page)
-SPSC will match each donation up to $1000!
-Pick a place to paddle, and invite your family and friends to join in. Set a goal for your paddle and while you are paddling, take some time to think about mental health.
-Take pictures and tag @oneeighty_inc in your posts to spread the message.

It's that easy.

With COVID restrictions, we are not able to organise one large group paddle, so we are asking everyone to form groups to paddle on the weekend. You can surf, train, do a virtual race or have a coffee paddle. Whatever works for you. While you are paddling, take some time to think of the importance of mental health.

Funds raised will be donated to One Eighty.

One Eighty is, and always will be, youth mental health done differently. It is run by young people, for young people. The organisation is primarily led by a team of dedicated and passionate young adults, who ensure the charity’s vision and actions remain evidence based, outcome specific, relevant and
accessible to local young people. One Eighty also works to support youth culture, to celebrate creativity and differences, and to encourage community participation on the Northern Beaches.
