SPSC 2014/2015 Presentation Night - AGM - Revised Date 15th August

To all Members and crew interested in joining up for the next season,

With the last contest for the season behind us, it is now time to all get together and celebrate the huge year the club has had. It is a great opportunity to thank all our sponsors, supporters and members over a few pale ales or vino’s. 

The AGM will run in the same fashion as the years past, with loads of prizes for both surfing and racing divisions, voting on the various roles within the club and discussing our vision and strategy for growing the club in the 2015-2016 season. 

We would love to have as many of our members in attendance so that you can give your input into the idea’s and initiatives we will present.  You are the club after all..

Date of the AGM will be August 15th at Newport Surf Life Saving Club

Start - 6.30pm   /    Finish - 9.30pm 

"Please purchase a ticket by the 10th August so that we can get numbers for food"

Let’s finish the 2014/15 season with a bang.

The will be food provided and the bar will be open to for drinks. (Drinks are at your own expense)  

There will also be a few lucky door prizes up for grabs. 

Members and non-members are welcome to come along. If you are not a member it will be a good opportunity see what the club has to offer and what we have coming up this year.

- Membership and Partner Entry for the AGM is free- Although we will be creating a ticket at the cost of $5 that will go into towards a club ‘waves for water’ initiative this season   
- Non-Member Entry for the AGM - $10 (to cover food) with the option of the $5 WOW initiative donation.
